Matron-Acute Child Health

Along with a Quality Improvement Matron, a Governance Matron and a designated Practice development team an exciting opportunity has arisen to become the acute Child Health Matron on our children's ward in Ashford. This post will work alongside the Matron in our Margate hospital to ensure a visible senior presence on each of our acute sites and strengthen the senior support to our dedicated team of children's nurses, and skilled Health care assistants' nurses.

Provide a visible, authoritative and effective presence for Children's Nursing. Provide assistance, guidance, support and be an effective role model for staff. Work in partnership with the other Acute Child Health Matron
