Job Description: Our esteemed legal firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Matrimonial and Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic team in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of matrimonial and finance matters with a focus on delivering comprehensive legal solutions to clients.,

  • Matrimonial Law:

  • + Manage a caseload of matrimonial cases including divorce, separation, child custody, and matrimonial finance matters.
    + Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the matrimonial process.
    + Conduct negotiations and mediations to reach amicable resolutions for clients.
    + Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated for.

  • Finance Law:

  • + Handle complex financial matters related to matrimonial cases, including asset division, property disputes, and financial settlements.
    + Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of assets to ensure fair distribution.
    + Draft and review financial agreements, including prenuptial agreements and financial consent orders.
    + Collaborate with financial experts and other professionals as needed to support clients' financial interests.

  • Client Management:

  • + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized legal advice and support.
    + Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and effectively manage their expectations.
    + Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on legal options and strategies tailored to their individual circumstances.

  • Legal Research and Compliance:

  • + Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to matrimonial and finance law.
    + Conduct legal research to support case preparation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

    Qualifications and Experience: Qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience in matrimonial and finance law. Demonstrated expertise in handling complex matrimonial cases, including high-net-worth divorces and financial disputes. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills with experience representing clients in court proceedings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
