Full Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in London with a strong focus on managing PPC campaigns and monitoring paid search budgets. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).,

  • Plan and execute all marketing, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, website and social media campaigns

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Write blogs and articles

  • Update our websites

  • Manage all our marketing assets, including the various websites and social media accounts.

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies

  • Launch and optimise various PPC campaigns

  • Oversee our PPC campaigns.

  • Work with an external agency to manage and improve our Google PPC and BING campaigns

  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting

  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI

  • Building and optimising marketing funnels

  • Track post performance, identifying variables and KPI's for future campaigns

  • Consistently evaluate and analyse social media and marketing data to identify risks and address challenges, including ways to reduce click fraud

  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors

  • Evaluate and improve campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints

  • Keep abreast of all marketing, PPC and SEM/SEO trends

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blogs and social media channels that attract and converts our target groups.

  • Work towards set KPI's to achieve wider organisational aims.

You should be analytical and good with numbers., Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Specialist with PPC and SEO Management

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts

  • Familiarity with multiple platforms preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, Google Docs)

  • Solid knowledge of website analytical tools

  • A creative mind that communicates effectively both internally and externally

  • Highly organised, passionate about creative marketing, and possess a diligent, detail orientated work approach

  • Analytical thinking with strong numerical skills

  • Self-starter with a natural curiosity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills

  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Ontraport), Marketing diploma or equivalent (required), Marketing: 4 years (required), Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), Marketing: 3 years (preferred)

  • SEO: 2 years (required)

  • PPC Campaign Management: 2 years (preferred)

    This is a full time, hybrid role working Monday to Friday.


  • Salary: £48 000.00 per annum
