Full Job Description

  • We have recently received a 'Platinum Trusted Service' award from an online business review platform based on 5 customer feedback for the 5th consecutive year.

  • Based in the centre of Tunbridge Wells with access to local transport links, shops and cafes.

  • Fun, vibrant and ambitious team; the Directors really want to take the business to the next level.

    • Duties will include:
  • Working alongside the 2 Directors assisting with creating complete Marketing and Branding plans / Strategies

  • Managing Company and Director LinkedIn profiles - networking within the industry

  • Suggest any changes to website which will assist with sales and user experience

  • Create emails to send to new customers

  • Provide blog post ideas for creative writing team

  • Review and assist SEO company with PPC advert copy & small website changes

  • Compose, create & send multiple newsletters to customers and suppliers

  • Manage both companies review platform and reply to feedback

  • Work alongside the outsourced SEO company to help with any requirements

  • Provide new and innovative ideas to the Directors

  • Compile research into new customers and how to target using relevant Marketing channels

  • Compose sales emails/packs to be sent to potential new customers.

  • Create video content for YouTube channel

    A minimum of 3 years' digital marketing experience within all platforms including YouTube

  • Adobe, Canva, Photoshop and other creative tool experience

  • Expertise in social media creation & management

  • Ability to take on a "Brand Voice" and lead a project

  • Highly self-motivated


    • You will be using your excellent Marketing, Social Media and Branding experience and writing skills within all areas.

    Can you manage your own workloads and work alongside 2 Directors to manage and create marketing for 2 different businesses? Are you able to create ideas and produce innovative approaches within Social Media, Branding and Marketing?

    This is a role that you can make your own, if you like to be creative, play a vital part within a busy team and manage your own ideas, you will enjoy this varied role and busy company vibe!

    Applicants MUST have a strong design background as a large part of the role will involve creating ideas to move the business forward in an innovative way.
