Marketing Executive

Our Marketing team over 2023 and 2024 has expanded, and now we are seeking a Marketing Executive. This is a broad role with team who are an asset to our Direct Services and Consultant Programme within TRMW. This dynamic role will support the business in terms of its operations, projects and development, assisting the Directors and Partners in achieving business objectives and supporting the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a natural flare and interest in graphic design. You will also have a good understanding of the legal sector and the challenges and opportunities that law firms face.

The role can be offered hybrid, but we would like the new employee on the office at the start to complete training and gain valuable understanding of the business. We work the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 26 Days Holiday, plus Bank Holidays.

As part of this role you will be expected to:-

• Create and design various materials for print and digital use


• Support the law firm's business development team and ensure that all marketing activity is aligned with the business strategy


• Monitor and analyse marketing results and make recommendations for improvement


• Provide project management support ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.


• Provide advice on marketing best practices


• Manage the performance of third party suppliers ensuring they deliver against SLAs, maximising budgets without impacting on quality


• Be a brand ambassador and manage the implementation of the brand across the firm, advising stakeholders on all aspects of the visual and verbal identity.
  
  Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing, preferably in the legal sector


• Accuracy & attention to detail


• Design portfolio - - min 1 year experience


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Focused on meeting deadlines and able to prioritise


• Ability to prioritise and work efficiently


• Can think critically and solve problems.


• Able to work under own initiative as well as under direction and as part of a team, Bachelor's (preferred)


Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)


• Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
