Maintenance Person

Duties include.

• Painting and Decorating


• Gardening tasks


• Perform general maintenance tasks, including assisting with fire drills and fire safety checks.


• To follow Health and Safety Policies and procedures.


• Water testing - Legionella.


• Monthly Audits.


• Storage management.


• PAT testing.- Training will be provided.


• Identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.


• To carry out tasks as detailed in the Maintenance book.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.


• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.


• Support the Facilities Manager.


• The above tasks are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to include other duties in accordance with the needs of the Nursing Home.
