Looking for a Maintenance Engineer apprentice to join their small team, learning and working with the Engineering Manager & Maintenance Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Manager.,

• Planned & un-planned maintenance


• Quality issues


• Process issues


• Machine breakdowns


• Fitting - Welding


• Machining


• Fabrication


• Electrical fault finding


• Data collection and analysis


• Supporting implementation of equipment and process improvements


The training you will be getting


• The learner will be studying the Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification


• Day release to West Suffolk College


• Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held
  
  Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, Initiative, GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 5-9) Essential
