Maintenance Electrician

This is a mobile maintenance position and therefore whilst we aim to keep each operative as near to home as possible, travel throughout your region is expected up to 2 hours. Further travel may be requested on rare occasions due to absences / emergencies.

• Minimum - NVQ Level 2


• Minimum - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations


• A full manual driving license with no more than 3 points


• Previous experience operating in a similar role.


• The ability to work on their own and use initiative in problem solving


• The ability to interact with clients professionally and with strong communication


The role will require work experience in the following areas:

• Electrical Repairs & Maintenance within the commercial industry


• Electrical Installation


• Fixed Wire Testing / Condition Reporting


Other beneficial but not mandatory experience:

• HVAC or heating


• Emergency Lighting Servicing


• General Building Maintenance

  We are recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance operative to join our existing maintenance team on a full time, permanent basis. Please note this is a Mobile Maintenance role.


Working within the Corb maintenance team provides exciting opportunities to use a wide range of skills each day, in new and challenging environments.

Our clients include Marstons, Mitchells and Butlers, Whitbread, and many others in sectors such as: Hospitality, Care, Leisure & more., On call Rota 1 in 4, Monday - Monday. £100 bonus + overtime rate.

Assets include: A company vehicle, fuel card, Tablet / PDA for completion of all paperwork, ladders, any testing equipment required, PPE and uniform.

Please note: Operatives must provide their own hand and power tools for the role. Consumables and materials are provided as part of the role.

Salary is offered in the form of an hourly rate, only following successful interview, and is based on qualifications, experience and location.
