Full Job Description

  • Proven industry sales experience and a good understanding of the requirements in full to be successful in the position.

  • Possess a well-established portfolio of local business contacts in West London or demonstrate the ability to rapidly build a

  • local market for Kia Sales.
  • Committed to providing the highest quality of customer service to our current customers and proactively gain new business

  • Have exceptional communication skills and excellent IT skills, inclusive of all MS office packages.

  • The ability to work under pressure with the motivation and determination to meet and exceed targets.

  • A full manual driving licence is essential

    What you will be doing:

  • Design and implement a sales plan. Proactively market and actively sell new vehicles to the Local Business Market

  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver customer excellence whilst achieving sales targets and objectives, achieving forecasted

  • plans
  • Have a full and comprehensive understanding of the Kia brand, franchise processes, and products.

  • Maintain a positive and constructive relationship with our manufacturers' representatives and suppliers and you will fully

  • support the appointed Kia Business Centre franchise standards, Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively;
    in 2022 and 2023.
