The department has specialist teams in road traffic accidents including a cycling specific team, work injury and industrial diseases, travel claims, brain and spinal cord injuries.

Our Clinical Negligence team represent clients who have experienced any instance of substandard medical treatment that causes injury or an existing condition to worsen. Our expert solicitors specialise in claims relating to brain injury, cerebral palsy and birth injuries. Examples of successful compensation awarded includes a Five-figure settlement for a first-time mother suffering depression after delayed surgery and more than £30 million for lifelong care for a boy starved of oxygen at birth., We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Assistant to work within the Court of Protection (property & financial affairs) team assisting with the management and administration of finance deputyships and personal injury trusts for clients with high value compensation and damages awards.
