Line Leader - 12 month FTC Our business has been experiencing exponential growth, at our site in March we produce over 70% of the UK's prepared Beetroot products and we are looking to grow our team with individuals who want to develop a career within the food industry.    G's is an incredibly exciting place to work at the forefront of modern farming and food distribution, working with the biggest food retail brands in the UK and Europe.   We are looking for Line Leader who enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment to help us deliver our G's promise of supplying fresh produce that delights our customers every day. As a Line Leader your role will be to ensure effective preparation before each shift to minimalize disruption to production time, while supervising your team to ensure effective allocation of duties while motivating them and improving efficiencies.  Main Responsibilities of our Line Leaders: Responsible for the safety and supervision of the general operatives and machine operators on the line  Maximize production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/daily basis  Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and housekeeping are strictly adhered to  Monitor control quality to ensure all customer specifications are adhered to Working hours: 05.00am-17.00pm - 2 weekly rolling pattern, every other weekend off!   A selection of the many benefits we offer:   31 Days holiday per year including bank holidays.
