Lifeguard

As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons. You'll monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies. Your friendly demeanour and proactive approach will contribute to a positive customer experience and a welcoming atmosphere at our centre.

We're looking for individuals with a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or a willingness to obtain it through provided training. Experience in lifeguarding or a related field is preferred, but we welcome applicants of all backgrounds who are committed to learning and growing in the role. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, work well in a team, and communicate effectively with both colleagues and patrons will be essential. Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends, is also important.
