Full Job Description

The Fresh lettings team based in Uplands, Swansea are looking for a new staff member to join their well organised, professional and friendly admin team.

The Fresh lettings team are an established and successful department built on having the right staff in place with tried and tested procedures and the use of the latest property management software that all contribute to the smooth running of this department. The team at Fresh have a family feel working environment built on mutual support and with a desire to get the work done to maintain the high standards that have been set.

Any applicant will need to have a positive personality with a can do attitude to fit in with the team mentality. One to one training will be provided for all new staff.

The successful applicant will need to work Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30 with 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm (Day given off in the week when Saturday is worked).

The Job Role: -

The job role is to process Residential and Student paperwork using our checklists and software. Our checklists have been refined over many years and guide you through each stage whilst using the latest tenancy online signing software. In addition, the new staff member will be required to greet customers calling into the office and take phone calls. An individual with a positive personalty who enjoys being organised and working with good procedures will enjoy this role.

(Option) If the successful applicant wishes to add variation to the job role they can also be trained into carrying out routine inspections at our managed properties. However, if the successful applicant wishes to be 100% office based this is fine as we have other staff members trained in this area.

  • Experience working in lettings preferred, but not essential.

  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.

  • Excellent organising and administration skills required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems), GCSE or equivalent (required), Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
