Legal Counsel - Regulated Funds

Our client is a substantial US asset management house with a strong global presence. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level asset management lawyer to join the well regarded legal team. Your broad role will encompass a great deal of funds work as well as some cross-border distribution and IMAs. Your focus will be OEICs/ICVCs in the UK with occasional EMEA coverage, as well as some general commercial matters., We specialise in placing lawyers in-house with the following skill-sets:

This will suit a proactive and team focused lawyer with at least 3 years' pqe. You will have a background in regulated funds and ideally some prior exposure to UK funds. Although capable lawyers with Irish or Luxembourg experience will be strongly considered so long as you are a quick learner keen to diversify your skill-set.

Equally important is the personality fit; you will be bright, confident and personable with strong communication skills and a business focused approach.
