Full Job Description

Actively develop and explore administrative and technical system processes for the creation of e-learning and ESR functionality and development. Liaising with SMEs, to research and organize the development and implementation of new internal training modules, ensuring that the L&D Officers are informed of the staff groups required to complete the training, the validity period, and the competencies acquired after completion are set-up correctly in ESR. Provide advice in relation to core and job-related training subjects, the associated competencies or the request for new training modules. Provide advice and guidance on relevant polices or procedures relating to training. Conduct and manage the annual training needs analysis (TNA) for all core and job-related training subjects, ensuring that subjects remain current and reflect associated legislation, healthcare intercollegiate documents, or national and local frameworks. Report the updates and/or amendments to the Education, Training &
Development Manager in order to provide assurance of compliance and quality of learning to the People Committee. Responsible for managing the alignment of core training subjects to the UK Core Skills Training Framework ensuring that learning outcomes, validity periods, and staff groups are correct. Complete and submit the Declaration of Alignment to Skills for Health. Design and delivery of job-related training subjects and development programmes. Ensure that the Trust has an effective annual training plan, based upon the training needs analysis, to meet the needs of the Trust and the workforce. More detail in Job description
