  • You'll ensure learning is delivered across various forms and is accessible to our teams (online, workshops, masterclasses, 121, peer group sharing, mentoring, shadowing etc)

  • You'll manage relationships with external vendors - selecting, assessing and managing these relationships (for value, fit and purposeful outcomes)

  • You'll support our onboarding process from a learning and development perspective, working with teams to guide the skills/training plan for the first 3 months of onboarding into our roles and culture

  • You'll identify opportunities for improvements and help build the longer term focus for L&D as we continue to scale.

You'll learn from, and share your experience with, a great team in a feedback-driven culture where you can do your best work

  • You've experience of delivering L&D activities within technical teams, (including workshops and utilising a variety of mediums and best-practice methodologies)

  • You've proven experience in a range of L&D activities in a fast-paced environment where you've been responsible for building, designing, implementing and evaluating L&D activities or building a L&D function

  • You've experience of assessing and identifying learning needs across all levels of a growing organisation

  • You're a self-starter - able to manage own workload and priorities and have strong project management skills

  • You're experienced in using data to inform your decision making for future improvements

  • You're externally aware, and a keen learner, you keep yourself up to date with best-practice methodologies and what's new in the L&D world.

Some ways you'll make a difference at Gearset:
