Learning Designer

This role will be part of our dynamic in-house rapid development team to create engaging learning solutions using AI tools and authoring platforms.

Key Tasks

• Design and develop engaging learning videos and E-learning courses, based on learning objectives and audience analysis using Gen AI tools and prompt engineering.


• Apply learning instructional principles to create design outlines and storyboards for learning experiences using AI tools.


• Identify the right learning format and design to meet the learning objectives.


• Graphic designing using AI tools to create fit-for-purpose images, gif, animations, etc.


• Ensure learning solutions meet the Design Quality standards and brand guidelines.


• Managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles, from design to delivery, as per defined SLA's.


• Keeps up to date with new AI developments and design quality standards through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
  
  Strong knowledge of instructional design and proficiency in design and development of learning solutions using Gen AI tools such as Synthesia, Powtoon, Invideo, Veed, Mindsmith and Coassemble etc.


• Proven experience in storyboarding and developing rapid prototypes.


• Experience in graphic designing and media asset creation.


• Knowledge of prompt engineering to create interactive and dynamic learning content.


• Demonstrable hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools, including Articulate Rise, Storyline, Elucidat, iSpring Suite, etc.


• Proven ability to administrate Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Xyleme CMS will be a plus.


• Good technical and digital skills - formats such as SCORM, Xliff, SRT Microsoft Office Suite etc.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
