Full Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the completion of the annual driving assessment program, the delivery of any required training, and the ability to conduct a range of soft skill training, including Customer Services, Keymaster, and reception training. Trainers will work alongside each other to provide support as required, actively challenge unsafe driving practices, and ensure the safety of colleagues. The program also aims to uphold and challenge customer service levels from colleagues, conduct basic site risk assessments, provide recommendations, and support the development of a training program for Traffic Marshals, Control room, and other M & G Operations.

  • Experience in presenting and delivering training to groups

  • Hold or willing to work towards a level 3 in Education and Training

  • Hold or be willing to work towards IOSH managing safety qualification

  • Have or be willing to work towards an advanced driving qualification

  • Experience in Conflict Management training

  • Current knowledge of MAG Meet and Greet Operations

  • IT literate including PowerPoint, Excel and Teams

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Flexible approach to working hours

  • Be able to work both individually and as part of a small team
