Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Create and maintain documentation of technical solutions.
Provide feedback to the team on product issues and feature requests.

We are looking for a competent 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices. The ideal candidate must have experience in the IT industry, a strong understanding of network and system administration, and excellent customer service skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment., Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
