Full Job Description

You will be involved in the following:

  • Using ATLs portfolio, programme and project control solutions for planning people and resource allocation, scheduling, and tracking

  • Providing administrative and facilitation services to steering committee

  • Providing guidance on ATLs project management procedures, processes, tools, and techniques

  • Setting up project collaboration environments, managing file templates, compiling and distributing reports

  • Certifying governance compliance through:


  • o verifying gateway criteria sign-off

    o ensuring decision logs are maintained and cascaded

    o monitoring project risk and issue logs
  • Ensuring accuracy and availability of Project List

  • Supporting continuous improvement of project processes

  • Following ITIL and GAMP practices including Change Management

  • Effective management of own workload supporting timely Project Delivery


  • Please note that this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be on-site on an ad hoc basis. The salary of £21,000 is for the part time role (£35,000 FTE).

    We are looking for someone with experience in an IT Project environment who can apply their knowledge to our projects.

    You will be familiar with:
  • Asana

  • MS DevOps

  • Power BI

  • MS Power Apps & Power Automate

  • ITIL


  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and GMP background would be beneficial as would familiarity with GAMP5 (A Risk-Based Approach to Compliant GxP Computerized Systems).

    We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT Strategic Project Portfolio on-time and in-scope through governance, planning, reporting and administration.

    This is a fixed term contract role (12 months) working 22.5 hours per week (with a minimum of 3 working days - we are flexible how these are worked)
