We are on the hunt for a meticulous IT Business Analyst to enhance our technology landscape, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our stakeholders.,

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to conceptualise solutions, ensuring their needs are articulated and met through rigorous analysis.

  • Employ industry-recognised techniques such as interviews, workshops, and brainstorming to extract both functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Create detailed documentation like requirements catalogues and user stories, supported by "as is" and "to be" process flows and data models.

  • Prioritise needs effectively using methods like MoSCoW to keep projects aligned with business goals.

  • Identify and evaluate potential technological solutions, assessing them for technical and business suitability.

  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive testing and validation documentation, including success criteria, test scripts, and plans.

  • Coordinate all testing activities, engaging with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution.

  • Develop training materials, demos, and manuals to empower stakeholders to leverage new solutions effectively., Contribute to a culture that prioritises safety, compliance, and equal opportunities.

  • Enjoy a collaborative environment where your skills in requirement gathering and solution delivery will directly impact our business success.

    Proven expertise in JavaScript, C#, SQL database scripting, and administration.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, HTML, and ASP.NET.

  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.


  • Desirable Attributes:
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, SharePoint, or other MS-Stack components.

  • Strong background in testing, troubleshooting, code review, and quality assurance.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
