DRE are currently looking for a dedicated and driven individuals to join our growing team focusing off-plan properties for an exclusive development in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). You will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the development’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, possess a strategic mindset, and are ready to take on new challenges in a new and vibrant environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels
• Conduct property tours and showcase features to potential buyers
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying process
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all terms are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and inventory
• Collaborate with lenders, appraisers, and attorneys to facilitate transactions
• Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and marketing materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
• Attend networking events and participate in marketing activities to promote listings
• Uphold ethical standards and compliance with real estate regulations and guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, particularly in off-plan properties and luxury developments. Strong understanding of the real estate and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a reputable real estate firm or investment company is highly desirable
