Full Job Description

  • Manage a weekly stock reconciliation (Book to Book) presenting key results & mitigating actions to the inventory team manager

  • Maintain the stock accuracy plan ensuring monthly financial variances are aligned and agreed with the 3rd Party Providers

  • Manage year end stock reporting and reconciliation

  • Manage & coordinate the annual stock take with DHL, finance, PWC to ensure minimal disruption to customer service


  • Stock Management /Controls:
  • Manage and control all warehouse/Lindt system stock transactions (IDOCS) to ensure order to cash process is aligned to stock holding and a clean and timeline month end close

  • Complete regular spot checks of the warehouse to ensure accuracy and quality of goods in storage

  • Coordinate Physical Inventory checks to resolve customer delivery discrepancies

  • Support the company on time and in full measure by investigating and resolving all nil, short and over picking discrepancies

  • Maintain trend analysis of inventory issues to drive for solution and make recommendation where required

  • Participate and support the short-dated process with demand control


  • Stock Reporting:
  • Coordinate and prepare a monthly short term pallet capacity plan, accounting for all pallet movements through the 3rd party provider

  • Provide a daily account of stock holding vs capacity (3rd Party)

  • Control and consolidate all unnecessary part pallets to optimise pallet locations

  • Capture, report, and develop Inventory, KPI's, We want everyone at Lindt feel safe to be themselves, ensuring they are empowered, represented, celebrated and included in our workplace.     SAP experience in an Inventory position, preferably in an FMCG environment

  • Advanced level Excel, SAP & Warehouse Management Systems essential

  • Good understanding of the methodology applied to Inventory techniques

  • Good understanding of SAP Inventory transactions

  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to manage conflict & influence others; Communicates well with peer group, contractors, and customers
