Full Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a new starter to join our team, as soon as possible, as an Intern in the Global Legal team and support us in projects and initiatives, as well as day to day matters.
This role will mainly include contribution to the global privacy programme.
More specifically, this role will be responsible for supporting the global privacy team to deploy Privacy at Chanel including:
- Supporting the roll out of privacy policies, procedures and guidance;
- Preparing presentations and assisting with preparing research and documents;
- Assisting with the maintenance and management of Chanel's global privacy programme, including by
- Supporting Privacy at Chanel's training and awareness initiatives, including
- Helping to coordinate privacy projects and assessments; and
- Additional ad hoc involvement in Corporate and Legal Operation matters.
A legal background (educated to undergrad level+); - Fluency in English language (verbal and written);
- Demonstrably proficient writing skills;
- Level of autonomy in a remote working environment;
- Curiosity and an appetite for continuous learning.
- Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and functions;
- Applying your legal knowledge but also developing project management skills
- Successfully prioritising and efficiently managing multiple communications and incoming queries or requests;
- Looking at a 'problem' and reframing the issue as an exciting possibility for exploring different solutions.
+ Coordinating policy reviews and updates,
+ Coordinating data mapping and data subject request procedures,
+ Helping to manage and maintain the privacy tool (One Trust) and its privacy modules;
