Full Job Description
- Assist with sales and office administration tasks (e.g., basic order logging, email updates, transport tracking).
- Answer incoming calls, assist callers, and take messages.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Recover outstanding customer debt.
- Continuously improve processes through initiative and participation.
- Utilize and learn the internal HG/Manufacturing system.
- You are organized and rigorous
- You have good telephone manner and clear communication skills
- You are presentable and eager to learn and develop
- You had a higher education in commerce
- You have a 1 to 2 years of experience in the industrial domain.
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- French is a plus.
