Full Job Description

  • Make daily phone calls from well-developed sales leads and convert companies to achieve targets as per key performance indicators.

  • To effectively communicate the services offered by Laser to generate spot quote requests and meetings for field sales team/managers/Directors.

  • Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.

  • Reactivate lost accounts and continually monitor customers spend who may be slipping.

  • Weekly meetings with Laser indoor sales team to share weekly individual new business updates.

  • Weekly Group sales meetings to discuss and support the commercial growth of the Group and presenting Laser's pipeline.

  • Maintain system CRM with up-to-date information.

  • Using the system to spot quote potential new business and follow up quotations for feedback if not booked.

  • Periodic progress review meetings.

  • Work closely with divisional managers to understand the changing needs of the business and where to focus sales activity.

  • Take an active role in sales campaigns and new sales initiatives as part of the sales team.

  • Manage own time and lead sources to maximise all potential streams of new customers.

  • Keep Salesforce up to date with all sales activity information to record individual daily progress.

  • Converting and winning new business before passing over to the operational teams at the relevant branches.
