Interiors Plant Supervisor

Reporting to the Project Manager and Operations Manager, you will carry out Contracts Supervisor duties to a high standard, delivering the Exceptional every day.

• Supervise a team of Interior maintenance operatives (mobile and static) to achieve the highest level of service to the client.


• Effectively plan maintenance work across the contract ensuring efficient use of labour, materials and equipment.


• To represent the business regular meetings with clients in London, along with completing regular site and plant audits.


• Responsible for technicians visit schedules, plant orders and deliveries.


• Oversee Christmas install and de-install operations.


• Monthly TBT and training.


• Lead by example to implement and manage a positive health and safety culture


Main Duties

• Provide support to the Project Manager/Operations Manager by co-ordinating routine maintenance and additional project work.


• To work with the regional operations team to ensure that service delivery objectives are understood and met.


• Build effective relationships with the clients, ensuring good communication, answering queries, and keeping them informed of operational activity and developments.


• Identify opportunities for any additional works.


• Maintain plant replacement budget.


• Ensure all TBT are completed on time


• Ensuring that data systems and processes relating to operational activity and service delivery are properly understood and utilised by operatives.


• To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.


• Ensure that all health and safety company procedures are adhered to.


• In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Project and Operation Manager.
