Interim Head of Tax

An Interim Head of Tax/ Tax Director is required for a 12 month FTC to start in the next 6 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity spanning both compliance oversight and advisory for the UK and EMEA for a very reputable brand. You'll have management responsibility for a team of 3.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage tax compliance for group entities in the UK and Internationally


• Oversee preparation and submission of UK CT returns


• Manage the tax audit process for the group


• Take responsibility for preparing and submitting reports on Country by Country reporting, BEPS, and Diverted profits tax to HMRC


• Provide advice on international tax issues, transactions, transfer pricing and CIR


• Lead efforts concerning withholding tax (WHT) and treaty-related issues and inquiries, alongside overseeing Transfer Pricing Review and recharges, and assessing the impact of BEPS 2.0.
