Installation Technician - Birmingham

As an Install Technician, you are responsible for exchanging and installing gaming equipment from various locations whilst ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, and representing the Company in a professional manner.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Installing and removing gaming equipment. Occasional servicing and repairing tasks.


• Ability to safely drive the delivery van


• Maintain a good working relationship with customers to ensure the company is well represented at all times


• Manual handling of machinery, complying with Health and Safety requirements at all times


• Ensure acceptable standards of uniforms and appearance is maintained at all times
  
  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with both customers and members of the public


• Knowledge of the local area


• A full driving licence and the confidence to drive to new locations daily


• Flexibility with working hours
