As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer's choice and their specific employment targets.

You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering.

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need:

  • Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism

  • To be confident in building and maintaining relationships

  • The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment

  • Exceptional and adaptable communication skills

  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
