Implementation Analyst

As an implementation analyst, you will partner with external clients and internal Gallup consultants to implement our employee survey and help establish surveys and clients on Gallup's online platform, Gallup Access . You will teach clients how to access their survey results and employ the numerous learning resources available to them through webinar training sessions. Using Gallup Access, in addition to Excel and other programs, you will safeguard our clients' data quality by understanding their operational and technical setup needs and making sure their organisational structure is mapped correctly through the large data files you clean and organise. From the client kickoff call to the final deliverables, you will be an integral part of maintaining Gallup's reputation for data credibility and accurate reporting for our clients., Agencies: We are not partnering with agencies for this role, not accepting unsolicited resumes, and will not be responsible for any fees or expenses related to such unsolicited resumes and/or applicants.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a field known for strong analytical skills


• Expertise in creating formulas and analysing data in Microsoft Excel required


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required


• Availability to work three days a week in Gallup's London office required


• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom on a full-time basis required
