Woodland Assist Global UK Ltd is seeking to recruit an Immigration Caseworker to join the Immigration Team at our Burnley office., · Working directly with the Technical Director and the other caseworkers - supporting the current applications

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated immigration caseworker who has a minimum of 2 years' experience with UK Sponsor Licence applications and the UK Skilled Worker Visa Application Process.

We specialise in UK Sponsor Licences, Immigration Compliance Support and Skilled Worker Visas, working with the UK sponsors and the professional overseas candidates both in the UK and Abroad. You will be responsible for your own caseload to fit your strength and experience but will also be handling other shared matters within the team, as well as supportive tasks as the business requires. This will be an interesting and diverse workload and the immigration caseworker enquiring or looking to apply for this role must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail.

We are looking for a person who is talented and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to develop and succeed. Given the often time-critical requirements of the UK sponsor, applicants will also need the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while always maintaining the highest standards.

We are looking for an Immigration Caseworker already dealing with UK Sponsor Licences, Immigration Compliance Support and Skilled Worker Visas.

Current Experience should include:

Essentials

· Full understanding of the UK Sponsor License, Immigration Compliance and Skilled Worker Visa process

· Demonstrated experience of dealing with Skilled Worker Visa previously Tier 2 (General) visas, · Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Organise you own workload and work with the legal team.

· Using your understanding of the UKVI application guidance

· To keep up to date with the changes in relevant guidance.

· To ensure that all supportive work comply with all regulatory requirements.

· Preparing applications and reviewing all supporting documents

· A clear focus on customer service is vital in the business we are involved in.

· Building and maintaining good relationships with clients

· Discreet and confidential manner and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and diligence.

· Working as an individual and as a Team member

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Use of Dropbox

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a helpful and friendly manner.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Excellent attention to detail

· Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.

· Office administration experience.

· Working to tight deadlines

· Being the day-to-day contact for allocated clients
