HR Manager

As a HR Manager you will take charge of all Human Resources related tasks, closely supported by the Finance Director and you will work based out of Sittingbourne offices with the possibility of some remote working.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with demonstrable experience with internally facing HR Manager or Talent Management roles., · Proven track record of being able to strategize and improve the HR function

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong knowledge of employment law

· A can-do attitude and be well organised

· A calm and patient manner, ability to show empathy but be professional and firm

· Previous relevant experience (5+ years) in a HR Manager or Talent Management role, · Payroll processing experience

· Internal recruitment experience

· Experience of working in an IT MSP environment hugely advantageous

Additionally:

· Candidates must possess a driving licence and have access to their own vehicle

· Will be expected to pass basic disclosure DBS and sign a confidentiality agreement given the sensitive nature of information the candidate will be exposed to

· Satisfactory references and right to work in the UK
