Full Job Description

It's a key time to join CRUK as we embark upon our Engage transformation programme - a key element of CRUKs long-term growth strategy. The Engage transformation will deliver better, more personalised experiences for our supporters, encouraging more people to take more actions to help beat cancer .

In this role will play a pivotal role in optimi s ing our structure and design to ensure we're operating at our best. You'll collaborate closely with HRBPs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement pragmatic solutions to enhance our organi s ation's effectiveness and efficiency.

What will I be doing?

  • Help to d evelop project plans, including; clear deliverables, milestones, owners, risks, issues and mitigations. Coordinate the relevant stakeholders to ensure the relevant processes are delivered on time and to the appropriate standard .

  • Provid e expert guidance on HR policies and procedures .

  • Work with the HR Change Manager to s upport HR to deliver the people side of the Engage Transformation Programme

  • Lia i sing between Subject Matter Experts across HR and the business to build a clear programme of activity .

  • Coordinate and develop materials and comms as required by the central project group

    Experience of working in an HR environment with experience in policies , procedure and change .

  • Highly organised, able to set and meet demanding deadlines, and to hold others accountable for delivery of projects/activity .

  • Ability to co-ordinate multiple deliverables with effective stakeholder management and engagement .

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with a range of audiences and levels.

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills and able to influence a wide range of people including senior stakeholders.
