Full Job Description

HR

  • Manage the recruitment administration including posting vacancies and liaising with candidates by email

  • Responsibility for all people admin including updating employee records, contracts, annual leave, sickness, parental leave

  • Supporting managers with onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leaders

  • Provide payroll changes information to the finance team

  • Liaising with our off-shore agents with people-related queries

  • Updating the org chart and ensuring that relevant policies and messages are communicated with the team

  • Organising team rewards such as birthday vouchers, cards


  • Office Management
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office, and onboarding new staff to office procedures

  • Liaising with the building management on any facilities issues and managing the contract with them

  • Ordering supplies and equipment for the office getting the best value

  • Arranging board and company-wide meetings for the CEO

  • Ensuring necessary Health and safety procedures and checks are in place

  • Organisation of company events and socials


  • Finance
  • Reconciling expenses for credit cards

  • Inputting and chasing invoices

  • Administration of our customer facing communications for our Gin Bonds and Seedrs investors (training to be provided)

  • Keying invoices into the accounting package (training to be provided)

  • Adhoc support to the financial controller as required

    Previous experience working in an administrative role in HR & Finance preferably for an SME

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships

  • Experience in getting best value from suppliers

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • A can-do attitude

  • Ability to use a range of systems and g-suite applications


  • We are open to this role being full-time or part-time - minimum 3 days a week. This role will have a requirement to be office based at least 2 days / week.
