Full Job Description

The role is responsible for providing a broad range of support to the Chief of Staff (CoS) in overseeing the operations and the goals of the business. You will provide HR support as well as assist in the coordination of daily activities within both a factory and office environment.,

  • Support the performance review process appraisals, one-to-one's, probation reviews etc.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of HR systems and practices and look for new and efficient ways of working

  • Assist with the hiring process, including screening and interviewing candidates for open positions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our CRM systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Assist the CoS in enforcing processes and procedures for the efficient production and Monitor KPI's and report findings and analysis to CoS.

  • Update skills matrix information for all staff.

  • Update job descriptions, policies, procedures, and internal process documentation

  • Assist the CoS & MD in planning day to day and weekly activities of departments, including creating Works Orders on Sage 200, and occasionally supporting in other departments.

  • Maintain all job descriptions, policies, procedures and internal process documentation, ensuring all changes are communicated throughout the business.

  • Assist the CoS in the day to day running of HR paperwork., This job description is only intended to summarize the duties required of the position and is not all-inclusive. The Job Title may be required to perform other duties as directed.

    We're looking for an individual to provide maternity leave cover for a 12 month contract starting in July. This role will be 3 days a week, specific days to be set in agreement from both parties. This individual will have some experience within HR and will be highly adaptable and confident working at a fast pace and using their own initiative. The salary for this role will be £25,000 - £27,500 per annum pro rata., Experience within HR is essential
