Full Job Description

Lancaster City Council are currently recruiting for a Housing Service Support Assistant for our Council Housing Department. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and for this reason, you will be expected to be flexible in line with the needs of the business, as the role may vary from day to day. A professional and confidential approach is always required, and strong communication skills are essential.

Essential Skills Required:

PC Literate, fully competent with Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft packages
2 years administrative experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills

The hours for this post are 37 hours per week, this is a Hybrid role, though you will be required to work from Lancaster Town Hall on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. Core Business Hours are 9am - 5pm.

Full equipment will be provided.
