Reed's School is one of the leading Independent Day and Boarding Schools in the country providing an education for over 800 pupils. The School is all-boys from 11-16 and has a co-educational Sixth Form.

We are seeking to appoint a fantastic Hockey Coach. The successful applicant will lead the coaching of Hockey throughout the school, reporting to and working closely with the Head of Hockey. The main purpose of the role is to deliver high quality hockey coaching to Reed's School pupils. The role-holder will coach across all age groups and abilities. They will also assist the Head of Hockey to drive the standards of Reed's Hockey both on and off the pitch.

This is a self-employed position and whilst there is flexibility in the hours, the minimum expectation would be between 16 to 20 hours per week through term time with the additional pre-season hours and potential trips and tours.

The role-holder is expected to have experience of working with young people in a Hockey coaching context as well as the ability to work as part of a team. We are seeking to build on our recent successes by providing high-level coaching which develops our hockey culture alongside the players technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical preparation.
