Full Job Description
We are looking for a HLTA or Cover Supervisor to join our team, working Monday - Wednesday, 39 weeks per year. The purpose of this role is to provide PPA cover for teachers across our lovely classes.
Farcet C of E Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed HLTA to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally :
- Have experience of working with Reception and / or Key Stage 1 pupils
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children's life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a can-do' attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
