Full Job Description

Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, have an ability to work under pressure, and a strong desire to work in an Outpatient setting. Ability to undertake phlebotomy and ECG desirable, although full training will be given.
Previous outpatient experience would be beneficial .Outpatients services positively support the learning and development of their staff.
Please note that these hours don't form set shift patterns and will be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service, and will include evening and weekend work. Staff also support OPD services on the STH site when required. Staff may also be requested to work in wards and other areas of the Trust if required., + Provide direct care to the patient and undertake duties as delegated by the qualified nurse and as within capabilities and competence.
+ Maintain a clean safe environment for patients and relatives.
+ Assist with clerical and housekeeping duties.
+ Psychological support for patients undergoing procedures in clinic.
+ Maintain confidentiality of patient at all times.
