Health & Saftey Co-ordinator

As the Health & Safety Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Health & Safety and Site Inspectors while overseeing the Health & Safety for the wider business. Your primary duties will include maintaining records, creating reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and company polices and documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring our workforce is safe and implementing improvements to our current processes.,

• KPI and POWRA statistic reports


• Documenting Site Manager inspections


• Collaborating with departments on H&S updates and information


• Upkeep of Learning From Events (LFE) database - Accident, Incidents and Near Misses


• Coordination of our H&S booking sheet


• Checking and presenting H&S monthly communications


• Reviewing H&S documentation for non-compliances


• Monthly H&S Inspections - Fire provisions and office H&S


• Office Inductions


• Monitoring DSE Assessments
  
  Strong organisational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication


• Excellent IT Skills - Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
