Handy Man / Woman / Person

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs

- Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment, fixtures, and appliances

- Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and outlets

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including HVAC units

Work with contractyors on large mechanical and electrical installations

Work with H & S Providers to ensure building compliance

- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance staff

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents

- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handy Person to join our team. As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a part time position with competitive pay., Proven experience in a similar role as a Handy Man or Maintenance Technician

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various system

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively,

  £14 - £15 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, We offer competitive pay based on experience.
