Grounds Maintenance Operative

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing is an Arms' Length Management Organisation managing a housing
stock of approximately 4100 properties predominately within the Bridgnorth and Oswestry areas. We
are looking for suitable candidates to join us to continue to deliver our high levels of service to
our customers

Bridgnorth & Oswestry - 37 hours a week - permanent
Salary Scale - Grade 7 £26,421 to £28,770 per annum
We are looking for three enthusiastic team players to work across our Bridgnorth and Oswestry
community areas. In these roles you will undertake the delivery of STAR's annual grounds maintenance
programme, working to an exemplary level of safety and efficiency.
These roles are part of a collaboration regional team, working within our community areas to meet
our customer expectations, through high quality service delivery.
A background in grounds and external maintenance, along with waste removal and clearance is
required. You will need a strong health and safety ethos, and be an excellent communicator and team
player.
