Graphic Designer

Working closely with clients, understand their design needs and preferences to create visually appealing designs and graphics for digital and print materials.

- Present design concepts and lead client's strategy meeting in person and online.

- Collaborate with other team memeners to develop creative concepts and strategies

- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics for various social media platforms.

- Develop engaging visual content for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms

- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva) to create high-quality designs

- Incorporate feedback from team and clients by conducting analysis from various sources to refine designs and ensure they meet brand guidelines

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Understanding the principles of branding to align and reinforce a brand's identity

- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Web, social media and other relevant data analysis is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in designs

- Passion to learn and improve on skills is essential

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience in photography or video editing is a bonus,

Pay: £31,400.00-£33,000.00 per year
