Our client are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee all hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, food safety, and culinary expertise within the pub and hotel industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of the pub and accomodation, including kitchen and food production

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment

- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet culinary standards

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operation and exceptional guest experiences

Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and culinary techniques

- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Exceptional organisational and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
