General Manager

Responsibility for managing daily operations, overseeing warehouse and office manager to ensure smooth functioning.
Management of health and safety.
HR Management and appraisals.
Management of stock overseeing purchasing manager.
Management of customer service staff to ensure maintenance of great level of customer care and subsequent feedback.
Continual improvement of productivity and reduction of errors.
Management of accounts dept and production of key figures and financial summaries on a monthly basis.
Autonomy over the day to day running of the business reporting to director only.
Full time, permanent contract. 40 Hr a week. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Performance related bonuses. Pension. 28 days holiday + bank holidays.
