Full Job Description

The role of Fundraising Finance Administrator is in place to ensure that all Fundraising Income is allocated correctly and reconciles with the Fundraising Database.

Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care are looking for an enthusiastic, team player with a keen eye for accuracy to join our Finance Team working in the Fundraising Finance area.

You will have a passion for completing work accurately with good planning and organisational skills and have the ability to work with confidential sensitive information and understand boundaries.

You will work across Rennie Grove Peace locations so a car and driving licence will be essential.

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

  • Ability to input data with absolute accuracy.

  • Experience of reconciling bank accounts

  • Experience of online donations platforms

  • Experience of HMRC Gift Aid procedures and requirements (Full Training will be given)

  • Attention to detail in all aspect of work.

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
