Front of House Manager

Sodexo delivers a wide range of Catering and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the whole force. Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.
We are now seeking an organised and conscientious Front of House Manager to oversee the operational running of all functions in the Officers Mess which serves as a social hub and dining facility for service members at RAF Benson.
This is a small operation that prepares and serves up to 20 covers per sitting per day from a pre-set rolling menu 365 days per year.
With proven experience in catering, hotel or hospitality management you will put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do. The Mess is more than an eatery for our forces it's home.
You will have direct management responsibility, but your wider team will encompass all the onsite catering, front of house, bar and cleaning staff.
You will have high standards and the proven experience to lead by example with credibility and conducting yourself with integrity at all times in line with the expectation of the Military Personnel based upon site.
Though this role will be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to work out of hours to cater for functions as and when necessary, which you will be paid overtime for.
