Managing the staff and setting targets.

Dealing with client queries in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times.

Educating clients on our newest offers and promotions.

Building the salons social media - creating instagram, facebook, Tik Tok videos.

Managing telephone and email enquiries, appointment bookings and maintaining accurate client records against the computer database.

Arriving and checking out clients according to the booking system and dealing with clients who are late and whom have not attended their appointments.

Taking correct payments and accurately maintaining client accounts, invoices and financial records.

Maintaining filing systems, ensuring all documentation needed for treatments and patient consultations are always printed and organised.

Ensuring the salon and all areas within, are always immaculate, clean and tidy for our clients.

Preparing clients records and individual clinic lists for therapists according to their diaries and treatments booked.

Managing the diary and booking treatments and correct rooms for correct treatments.

Helping to promote the business through excellent customer service, initiative and assisting in marketing projects.

Taking and passing on relevant messages to relevant colleagues.

Supporting team members with additional duties as and when needed.

Regular stock takes and ordering stock.

Creating email marketing campaigns each week.

Maintain a strong knowledge of all treatments performed at the clinic and products (training will be provided) in order to offer correct information and support on treatments and services when communicating with clients.

We are currently seeking a professional and well-presented individual with previous 5
• experience in a similar front of house role.


The person must be professional, reliable, have excellent people skills and excellent English and Grammar. This is a busy role - we offer on-going training and is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Front of House, who is interested in career progression and to work alongside an outstanding team.,
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)


• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
