Freelance Event Chef (Sous, CDP or Commi)

· Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the specified section of expertise

· Assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing innovative dishes

· Handle the preparation of meat and fish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste

· Collaborate with the management team to maintain health and safety standards at all times

· Proven experience as a Sous, CDP or Commi Chef, ideally in a fast-paced event environment

· Passion for delivering exceptional food and creating memorable culinary experiences

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment

· Flexibility to camp on site during events
